Buyback is your opportunity to sell your books back to your campus store and recoup some of your textbook expenses!  Many students find they do not want to keep their books after the course is completed.  You may receive up to 50% of the new price of the book at buy back!  What other item can you buy new or used, use for a couple of months and then sell it back to the same store when you're done with it?  What a deal!  Also, if we are unable to buy your textbook back for our stock, we will automatically check to see if it has any wholesale value with MBS, the national book wholesale company who conducts our buyback, and they may be able to offer you the current wholesale value, which is slightly lower, for your books.  Every effort is made to have an equitable buy-back for all students. We want to provide all of our students with quality used books and maintain adequate stock of the books your instructors select.  Unfortunately, not all books may be sold back. Several factors determine which textbooks have buyback
-Instructors decision to change textbooks for next semester
-Overstock
-Availability of title and edition status
-Condition of the textbook -minimize writing or highlighting in the textbook and protect the cover and spine as much as possible.
-Type of textbook - Workbooks, study guides, dictionaries, textbooks that you write in, loose-leaf textbooks, textbooks with access codes, textbooks with CD's or other electronic media, student value packages.
Please note:  Many basic skills course textbooks are not bought back due to their consumable nature.
