Tentative info regarding your FALL2010 textbooks is now available at our online store. Textbook orders are still being placed so there may be changes in titles, editions, authors, publisher or prices - they are all subject to change through August 1.
SFCC BOOKSTORE is your best textbook resource for all of your course materials. We work closely with your instructors who have carefully choosen textbooks that will best facilitate the learning process. IF you choose to order textbooks from a different source, please note that we can not accept responsibility for any changes that may occur prior to the semester start and are unable to process any returns or adjustments accordingly.

Books are available at the Sedalia campus store August 9 - September 3.
Please bring your schedule and your SFCC BLUECARD.
If you're taking courses at an extended campus site or online only, you may begin ordering your books from our online store August 1 - September 3 for a minimal shipping and handling fee.

FALL 2010 RETURN POLICY
Not sure you need the books you've purchased? Considering dropping a class?
- The lead instructor for each course makes the textbook decision. All instructors for a particular course are directed to follow the lead instructor’s decision. The information provided by the bookstore for required materials comes from the lead instructor.
- The bookstore recommends that you talk with your instructor the first day of class to verify the utilization of the textbook(s) you purchased.
- If you find that you will not require textbook(s) purchased you may wish to consider returning them. The following return deadlines and the return policy will apply:

Your Refund.
Fall 2010 receipt required for returns or exchanges.

Textbook must be in the same condition as when purchased.
This means: New books have no writing, highlighting or other damage AND shrink-wrapped packages may be opened AND Computer software packages, CD's, DVD's, or access codes may not be opened.

August 27, 2010 - Deadline to return all fall class schedule textbooks for any reason. (Does not apply to fall interim classes) Please note: Nursing students who pre-ordered textbooks will be charged a 5% restocking fee for any return reason.

September 3, 2010 - Deadline to return all fall class textbooks IF your drop the class. Proof of disenrollment is required.

If you miss these textbook deadlines, you may wish to wait until the next buyback to see if the textbook has any buyback value, which is typically a maximum of 50% of the new price. See BUYBACK POLICY for details.

The following non-book items may not be returned or exchanged: Art supplies, Calculators, Computer software, Earphones, Electronic products, Medical supplies, USB Flash drives, Writing Utensils
Clothing may be exchanged IF clean, unworn, and is in resalable condition WITH the originial receipt and tag attatched within 30 days of purchase.

Your Money.
Cash and Check refund will be credited to your student account and a check will be mailed to you within 4 weeks.

Credit Card refund will be credited to your credit card - we will need the original card to process return.

Financial aid refund will be credited to your student account. Please bring your SFCC BLUECARD.

Online order returns must be received at the Sedalia campus store postmarked by the return deadline and all requirements listed above must be followed. Return shipments should be addressed as follows:
