    Online book orders need to be placed by August 18 to ensure prompt delivery.
    Please note orders received after this date may be delayed due to the high volume of sales and you may not receive your order by the first day of classes.  Please plan accordingly.

SHIPPING CHARGES 

  • Online textbook orders will be shipped directly to your home with the UPS rates listed below applied to your order.    
  • If you are using financial aid, please keep in mind that it may take longer to process your order.  Availability of your funds will be verified by the financial aid office.  If your financial aid is declined you will receive one email from the bookstore asking you to resolve the issue or to provide an alternative payment. If the matter is not resolved by the last day to charge, your order will be canceled.  Click on the financial aid office to find out more information about financial aid.

  • For in-state textbook orders:

    Please note, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.  You will need to provide a complete address.

  • Interim orders are being shipped now. Fall 2010 orders will begin shipping the week of August 9. Orders received after August 18 may be delayed due to the volume of sales.  Please plan accordingly.   Click on MAP for a link to calculate shipping time.  Enter 65301 for the ship from zip code and select submit. Anywhere in Missouri typically takes 1 to 2 business days shipping time.  

  • online order returns - returns must be received at the sedalia campus store postmarked by the return deadline and follow all requirements listed on the refund page.  return shipments should be addressed as follows:   SFCC Bookstore.  ATTENTION:  Renee Weller, Course Materials Manager.  3201 West 16th Street.  Sedalia MO 65301.  

  IMPORTANT POINT:   There are no refunds on shipping or handling charges - EVEN IF A CLASS IS CANCELED.
