Spring 2025 Campus Store Technology Agreement
- I understand that if I use financial aid to purchase this computer hardware and changes to my course schedule or other factors decrease my financial aid award, I am still responsible for payment even if I no longer have sufficient financial aid funds to cover the cost.
- I understand that I am legally liable for this purchase and may be referred to a collection agency if my purchase remains unpaid.
- I understand that I may only purchase ONE laptop, printer or tablet per semester, and I have not purchased any of these items yet this semester.
- I understand that State Fair Community College Campus Store will not allow refunds or exchanges for computer hardware purchases. All sales are final
- I understand that State Fair Community College Campus Store or the campus technology department does not set-up, install, troubleshoot, repair, or replace computer hardware.
- I understand that I must register the one-year limited warranty during initial setup of device.
- I understand it is my responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty, set-up, installation, troubleshooting, repair, or replacement questions.
- I may connect to the internet anywhere on campus where wireless access is available and will contact the Student Help Center on the Sedalia campus or the Central Help Desk at (866) 295-3070 or https://ellucian.service-now.com/ if I have questions regarding this access.
- I understand that all computers connecting to the college’s network are required to have up-to-date virus protection.
